Dr. Apostolos Papadopoulos, head of FCNC, has over 35 years of professional experience in providing business and financial advice to both private and public organizations. He is an Economist with a PhD in Economics from the University of Bradford, UK. He is accredited in undertaking C Class Economic Studies and Studies of Organization and Business Research, according to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport relevant register.\r\n\r\nHe has extensive experience and specialization in the fields of Corporate and Project Finance (Long Term Concessions, Public Private Partnerships - PPPs, Mergers & Acquisitions \u2013 M&As), in the design, implementation and monitoring of Financial Instruments as well as in coordinating specialized socio-economic and financial studies. He supervises a large number of projects related to the design and implementation of Business Plans, Feasibility Studies and Debt Restructuring Plans as well as Operational Restructuring Schemes of private and public entities. Dimitris Darousos, General Manager at FCNC, has more than 25 years of professional experience in financial and management consulting services. He is a graduate of the Department of Management Science (Operational Research) at Lancaster University, with an MSc in Finance & Investment from Brunel University.\r\n\r\nHe has extensive experience in the consulting area, both in the public and private sectors. Areas of expertise are projects related to corporate finance, project finance and exploitation of financial instruments. He actively participates in the majority of the infrastructure PPP projects in Greece as a financial advisor but also in cost-benefit studies for the inclusion of large projects in EU funding schemes. He manages projects related to the implementation of business and investment plans as well as debt restructuring plans. He also participates in the development and evaluation of investment plans in the context of raising finance from the sources of the Infrastructure Fund on behalf of National Bank of Greece.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

Ilias Birmpilis, Head of Project Finance at FCNC, has more than 15 years of professional experience in providing financial advisory services. He holds a degree in Economics and an MBA from the University of Piraeus.\r\n\r\nIlias leads project teams in the provision of consulting services in both public sector and private companies in the field of corporate and project finance. He participates in infrastructure projects by providing financial advisory services regarding the planning, financing and implementation of projects through concessions or PPPs in both the private and public sector. Ilias also deals with the independent model audit of financial models in the fields of corporate & project finance. Hara Papadakou, Senior Manager at FCNC, has more than 35 years of professional experience in providing consulting services. She holds a degree in Philosophy-Sociology and a Master of Science in Social Sciences from Kiev State University.\r\n\r\nHara is responsible for providing consulting services to the National Bank of Greece in respect of the Infrastructure Fund, regarding the eligibility, technical and financial maturity as well as the risk assessment of the projects to be financed by the Infrastructure Fund.
